Job responsibilities
1. Complete machine tool assembly on time according to the production schedule.
2. Responsible for component assembly, overall integration, and precision adjustment of precision machine tools.
3. Strictly follow the assembly process and assemble the machine tool.
4. Self inspection during assembly process and handover inspection of important and critical parts.
5. Cooperate with the organization to approve technical management standards, develop production processes, and review new product development plans.
6. Adhere to the company's rules and regulations, and achieve safe and civilized production.
7. Cooperate with mechanical design to improve machine tools and provide rational suggestions.
8. Travel to the customer's site to install and debug machine tools.
Job requirements
Contact immediately1.8-10 years or more of relevant work experience; Having precision machine tool assembly skills, basic theoretical knowledge, able to independently assemble the entire machine tool, able to scrape the accuracy of the guide rail installation surface, with certain spatial imagination ability, able to correctly understand the relationship between the tolerances of various forms and positions of the machine tool, and having work experience in a formal machine tool factory is the best.
2. Able to use various precision measuring tools to measure the form and position tolerances of machine tools.
3. Vocational school diploma or above, major in assembly fitter, certificate of advanced fitter or above.
4. This position requires solving various practical problems during the assembly process of machine tools on the assembly site. Those with outstanding abilities can relax their educational requirements.

Job responsibilities
1.Perform on-site installation, debugging, and maintenance of customer equipment to ensure stable and normal operation.
2.Independently troubleshoot and resolve abnormal equipment issues on site; for problems beyond one’s capability, provide an objective description of the issue and assist engineers in remote resolution.
3.Provide technical support to customer technical personnel, including process training and maintenance operations. Maintain on-site customer relationships and assist in identifying new project needs.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job requirements
Contact immediately1.Full-time college degree or above, majoring in Laser Technology, Automation, Optics, or related fields.
2.At least 3 years of experience in process application development and debugging of non-standard automated equipment or laser equipment.
3.Proficient in laser process principles; able to independently complete installation, debugging, and rapid troubleshooting of laser equipment.
4.Familiarity with laser marking, cutting, and engraving processes is preferred. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
